IR success stories
Three client programs, in brief. Client names are withheld.
Back to market after a cease trade
A small-cap growth company returned to trading after a two-year cease trade order, with new management, a new strategy and no analyst following. We rebuilt the investment story, IR website, investor presentation and conference call. We separated bookings, revenue and shipments so investors could read the numbers, and introduced the company to analysts across Canada.
ResultsFive analysts covering the company within a year. Quarterly trading volume doubled year over year, three years running. An oversubscribed bought deal in year two.
Rebuilding after a failed IPO
A consumer products company came to us after an IPO that had not found its market. We built a full IR program and supported its international roadshows and financings.
ResultsAnalyst coverage from one to 12. Renewed liquidity and access to capital. A shareholder base that went from entirely Canadian to 40% Canada, 50% U.S. and 10% Europe.
Building IR from the ground up
A technology company had no IR function, no analyst coverage and little trading liquidity.
ResultsAnalyst coverage from none to four. Substantial gains in institutional ownership and liquidity. $175 million raised across several financings, supported by international roadshows.
