How we work

What happens in the first 90 days.

01

On-site due diligence

First weeks

Two to three days with management: the business, the numbers and the history the market still remembers.

02

Investor perception gap study

Month 1

We ask the analysts, investors and shareholders who know the company how they see it: where it is strong, where it is weak, and what they are waiting for. That tells us what to say and where the gaps are.

03

The plan, the story and the analyst roadshow

Months 1 to 2

A 12-month rolling IR plan, with the presentation, fact sheet and IR website telling one story. Then an analyst roadshow to meet the analysts who could cover you.

04

Investor outreach and feedback

Month 3 onward

Institutional and retail investors, sales desks and conferences, with feedback to management after each round. The plan rolls forward each quarter.
