E-Vestor Communications.com Incorporated, operating as e.vestor Communications, collects personal information only when you send it to us, through the contact form or by email. We use it to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose.

We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also holds contact form submissions securely until we retrieve them. We then delete them from Cloudflare.

Cloudflare also runs an automated check on our forms to filter out spam. It does not identify you to us.

If we send you a private link to a page, such as a conference list, we record when it is opened and the approximate location and network of each visit, to protect the page from wider distribution. We do not store the full IP address.

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact form.

This policy is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
